Designing a fellowship program for cultural leaders in cities around the world.

Cultural leaders in city governments operate at a complex friction point of art and politics. WCCF is the leading global network of city leaders from over 45 cities, representing a total population of 245 million. We designed the structure of the program with the WCCF team and members and will continue as advisors and contributors to the program.
