Bringing co-creation to an anonymous & publicly-procured international competition.

Finland is internationally recognized for its leadership in architecture and design. In 2022, the Government of Finland and the City of Helsinki, together with philanthropic partners, launched a project to merge and renew the country’s architecture and design museums into a single flagship institution. We designed and facilitated a process to bring the future users of the museum (staff, teachers, skateboarders, people with disabilities) and international museum professionals to support the five finalists while ensuring anonymity towards the jury.
